Findy processes customer conversations on behalf of our users. We act as a data processor for conversation data. We do not sell, rent, or share conversation content with third parties. AI features (Captain AI) process conversation data solely to provide automated responses and are not used to train external models.

  • Service providers: third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (hosting, payment processing, analytics).
  • Channel providers: messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, etc.) as required to deliver messages.
